Minimum Skincare explained?

Minimum Skincare is a family owned, plant derived skincare company that focusses on a few high-quality ingredients, where each component can truly shine, delivering maximum efficacy with the minimum potential for irritation or adverse reactions.

Less ingredients, less possible allergens. This results in gentle formulations, that will help nourish, restore and comfort your skin.

When are we open?

We’re online between 9:00am to 5:30pm Queensland time. You won’t find us in any stores as we are an online business. We love hearing from you, so feel free to email us at info@minimumskincare.com. We will endeavor to reply to you within 12 - 24 hours. 

Which payment methods do we accept?

PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex

Can you use AfterPay?

Yes ! but only if you live in Australia or New Zealand

Processing times:

We will ship your order within 36 hours. This does not include weekends though. (We live on the sunny coast in qld - you'll be able to catch us down at the beach over weekends :))

Public Holidays:  

Shipping days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

How will your product be shipped?

We use Australia Post for all our shipping within Australia.

Can you track your order?

Yes, Australia Post sends you a tracking number via email and they notify you once the parcel has arrived.

How long will your order take to arrive?

In Australia it can take anywhere between 7 to 12 days, depending on your location within our vast country.

Can you cancel your order if you placed it incorrectly?

Yes, you can by emailing us on info@minimumskincare.com as a matter of urgency. If your order has been sent out already, it is unfortunately too late to cancel.

Are our products dermatologically tested?

Yes, our Comfort Balm Mask is,  by means of HRIPT. This means it's tested on humans.

Do we test on animals?

NO! Definitely not. We love all animals!

Will our product calm your skin condition?

This is a very good question, and while we cannot guarantee any results, we have had really good responses to our products. 

Can you use our products when pregnant?

There are no ingredients in our products that should cause you any concern, we always recommend consulting your doctor before using any of our products.

Where are our products made?

Our Comfort Balm Mask is formulated and filled in a Lab on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.

Are we Australian Owned?

Yes, we are!

What is the shelf life of our products?

Once opened it is 12 months. Store in a cool place.

Is our packaging environmentally friendly?

Yes it certainly is. We are very earth conscious and we strive to improve all the time. Read more under our sustainability banner.

Refunds and returns:
